Bail is a chapter ofjurisprudence with a wide scope inthe courts and judiciary.The aspects of criminal and civil bail include the conditions, sentencing, and its variants. One issue that has been less frequently examined iscoercive bail. The occurrence of this type of bail results from coercion and is dominated bylegal devices regarding surety, Mkfvl les andMkfvlAnah jurisdictions and thepersons subject tobail. The present study relies on library research methods and analytic techniques to review the definition of coercive bail, including bail enforcement, principles, and responsibilities. This includesthe punishment of the offender forcriminal and financial sponsorship, the sponsor's death,avoidance ofMkfvlNh and the Weberian perspective onlaw and rights.
